1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Time Zone Meeting Planner (timezonemeetingplan.com — a free time zone meeting planner, call planner, and global meeting scheduler), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service provides
We provide a browser-based utility to compare working hours across time zones, visualize 24-hour overlap, receive Golden Slot recommendations, and export results via Google Calendar, Outlook, downloadable .ics files, or copy-ready Slack and email invites. The service requires no account, is free to use for personal and business scheduling, and runs calculations locally on your device.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful scheduling purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site's infrastructure.
- Circumvent security controls or misrepresent the source of generated calendar invites.
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive communications.
4. Timezone accuracy and DST
Calculations use the IANA timezone database and your browser's internationalization (Intl) standards with DST-aware precision. Governments can and do change timezone rules and daylight-saving legislation. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee every conversion for every future date. Please verify critical meetings — such as flights, interviews, or live broadcasts — against an authoritative source before committing.
5. Third-party calendar providers
Exports to Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar (.ics), Slack, or email are handled by those providers once you leave our site. Their terms and privacy policies govern that part of the workflow. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or data handling by third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
The site's interface, copy, and overlap-visualization design are owned by Time Zone Meeting Planner and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use generated time conversions and invite text freely for your own scheduling. You may not copy, redistribute, or create a competing hosted clone of the site's code or branding without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of missed daylight-saving transitions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Zone Meeting Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including missed meetings, travel costs, or business losses — arising from use of, or inability to use, timezone conversions or scheduling suggestions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to the service and terms
We may update features or these terms from time to time to reflect product improvements or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
