Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Time Zone Meeting Planner (timezonemeetingplan.com) is a free, no-registration time zone meeting planner, call planner, and global meeting scheduler. We designed it to respect your privacy by default: all timezone conversions, working-hours overlap detection, and Golden Slot recommendations run entirely in your browser. We do not operate user accounts and we do not maintain a database of your meetings.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for or store any of the following on our servers:

• Names, email addresses, or account credentials — there is no sign-up or login.
• Meeting titles, attendee lists, cities you compare, or selected time slots.
• Calendar event contents generated via Google Calendar, Outlook, or .ics export.
• Precise geolocation. Your browser's timezone is read locally via the Intl API and never uploaded.

3. Information processed locally in your browser

When you add cities, adjust working hours, or pick a date, that state lives in your browser's memory and, where convenient, in local storage on your own device (for example your 12h/24h display preference and theme choice). Clearing your browser storage removes it. This data is never transmitted to us.

4. Calendar integrations

Clicking "Add to Google Calendar", "Add to Outlook", "Download .ics", or "Copy invite" constructs a standard calendar URL or iCalendar payload directly on your device and opens it in your chosen provider. No meeting data passes through or is retained by our servers. Once you leave our site, the respective provider's privacy policy applies.

5. Server logs and security

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record minimal, non-personally-identifying technical logs (such as anonymized request timestamps, requested paths, and aggregated error counts) solely for DDoS mitigation, caching, performance monitoring, and operational stability. We do not use these logs to profile individuals, we do not sell personal data, and we run no third-party tracking ads.

6. Cookies and local storage

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only functional browser storage controlled by you — such as remembering light/dark mode or time format. You can disable or clear site storage at any time in your browser settings without breaking the core planner.

7. Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may link out to Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or other calendar providers when you explicitly request an export. Those third parties process data under their own policies. We do not embed social-media trackers, analytics beacons, or ad networks.

8. Children's privacy

The service is a general-purpose utility not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your rights and choices

Because we hold no account data about you, there is nothing to request for access or deletion from our side. For any privacy question, contact us via theContact pageand we will respond promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, highlight the change on the site. Continued use of the planner after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
